OUR SERVICE
IRM’s primary service is to execute payments for companies, that need to ensure cash settlement in EURO for their exports or imports. We execute payments as a collection agent.
All settlements will go through our accounts with German banks, with whom we pre-agreed terms and conditions for the respective payments. This way, we reduce the risk of unfounded blocking of monies.
Our collection service applies to both exports and imports. The minimum volume of relevant transactions depends on the counterparts involved.
We take care of compliance procedures, thus ensuring comfort for our clients and bankers involved.
The Exporter (the recipient of the money) enters a contract with IRM and submits the following documents:
- related to the trade transaction, its participants, and invoice(s)
- an assignment (cession) from the Exporter to IRM of the right to payment from the Importer
- an order to the Importer to pay to IRM’s account with a German bank
- an order to IRM to forward this payment to the Exporter’s regular account
- an approval to retain IRM its collection fee
WE DO NOT:
- offer any service in case of international sanctions applicable to a client, exported goods or a bank involved.
- offer any service in case of commercial disputes between exporters and importers.
